No Neckties All Year Round

As a response to an energy saving measure, we have designated the period from May 1 to Oct 31 every year as the “Cool Biz Period” and have been implementing a light-dress work style.
As part of our efforts to create a more comfortable working environment, we will change our employees’ attire to “no neckties all year round” starting Nov. 1, 2023.

For this reason, we would like to have your understanding that the attire of our employees will be informal, and we also ask our customers to feel free to dress lightly when visiting our company.
